Community artreach initiative

Responding to the need for quality, affordable performing arts education, Birder Studio of Performing Arts, Inc., launched a community outreach initiative, titled ARTreach in 2016. The goal of this program is to expand arts education offerings beyond our studio walls to our community members.

Partnering with the Green Bay YMCA and Green Bay Public Schools, our ARTreach program has and continues to educate hundreds of students in the Green Bay area, who would otherwise not be able to experience the immeasurable gift of arts education.

Our offerings include: acting, musical theatre, vocal performance, and dance. Through our partnership with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters, we also continue to expand educational opportunities to students as patrons of the arts.

Our ARTreach program, supported by community sponsors and Birder Player productions, also provides scholarships to both need and talent-based students. We continue to work to establish new partnerships and programming in our community.
